First time home buyer here, and they made our first experience absolutely horrible. Because of their negligence and not reading the seller's information they delayed us more than 30 days from our original closing date because they didnt *notice* they needed to apoint guardianship on the seller's side. We were supposed to close early december and ended up closing February 7th. They are unorganized and refused to fully communicate with my realtor.
