Not worth the price. We won't be going there again. We booked a room online with pier/ocean views. We got the room that was actually on the second floor and considered handicapped accessible. The room was outside the door for the rest of the rooms right by the stairs. Our view was of the construction zone across the street and you had to turn sideways to see the ocean and pier. While taking a shower the water was going all over the floor and not down the drain so we used all our towels to clean the floor so we wouldn't fall.... read more

Sandcastle inn has been our favorite place to stay when traveling up and down the coast. My sister-in-law, daughters, and friends love to stay and enjoy the wonderful hospitality, beautiful rooms, and fantastic balcony views. This time my husband and I came and we were treated to whale watching and dolphins cruising down the coast right from our second floor balcony. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you to the staff!

Best place for my Anxiety recovery. Got some rest for the week. Million dollar view and so much to do at night. Man looking at these comments some people don't appreciate life and have become too delicate. Sandcastle Inn, I'll be back. I'm still here as I write this review in the sunset.

This is our go to place. The updates are very nice. Upon checking in our pier view room which was on the 1st floor was actually a view if the construction next door but we were moved to another room without issue. Love being right as close to the ocean as possible. Seemed the waffles were gone (understandable with the mess) but the addition of ham & cheese was positive for those who don't want to just load up on carbs. I had a good time. Love that it was right on the beach but I didn't expect there to be construction. It woke me & my family up every morning between 5-9. Then there was the same breakfast over & over so that got old. Then an electrician had to come fix a light in our bathroom, kicking us outta the room. Then something went wrong with our plumbing. Nobody wanted to fix it. But eventually it went back to normal. I just don't think it was worth the money.
