We used to love going here!! We stay in Pismo 3-4x a year. But now it is no longer pet friendly and have had to chose another place to stay in Pismo. For such a pet friendly town it was sad that Sandcastle has done this.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have the rudest staff & manager. My husband & I use to always stay here...other Pacifica hotels as well. We won't be staying here or at any of their other hotels again. You lost good customers due to your unprofessionalism & just plain rudeness.

Wasnt to good. The rooms are small the bathrooms are setup weird. The showerhead is on the wrong side so water always leaks onto the floor. We didnt even have handsoap in the bathroom. Not to mention the mold under the soap dish and grout in the shower. The curtains were dirty and stained and you would think that 4 people in a room they would give you 1 towel per person. Nope we only had 3 on arival and 2 when they replaced them. There are definitely better and cheaper hotels around Pismo Beach.
