My family stayed here last week for 2 days for my birthday.. I absolutely loved it! Our room was facing the beach and it was amazing to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Desk help was great and friendly. But... the blonde manager of the Cafe was rude and needs to be retaught Customer Service. The decks with the fire places were awesome and make sure you buy the hotels S'mores kits! We will most definitely be staying here again, it was a great birthday/family get away!
Beach side rooms are great. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean. A little costly, but well worth it. We will be back.
Was our families first time. Celebrating my wife's birthday. Everyone except the manager of "The Deck" had a welcome response. Be it asking what drinks were available, to asking a guest who had no idea how the Line worked "Hey, she was next!" Two days we were there she carried on the same meaning less attitude, so we avoided ordering from there. But the front desk team was fantastic. Ready to answer questions/respond to concerns.
