Just moved in and already the lovely staff up front has assisted me, answering questions and providing excellent information, definitely gonna love it here!
They promised a lot of things and this is what you get, AC's that are leaking , refrigerators that don't properly work and stains on walls. No, definitely not renewing my lease. I feel like if I don't even live on the South side of Corpus. Everyone's always talking bad about Marbella's, these are worse than #MarbellaApartments
