One of the Best Vacations yet. The condo is well kept and spacious. We had 10 people and we all had plenty room to relax and enjoy the oceanfront views. Loved to be able to set up at the beach in the morning for most, have some in the pool and just the overall ease of getting around the resort was perfect for all ages. The only downside had nothing to do with the staff, but some of the other vacationers who had a hard time playing by the rules. We stayed in a wonderful ocean front condo. OK..the beds were a bit hard...but it wasn't a big problem. The sound of he ocean in our ears helped us fall asleep quickly. The condo was clean, well equipped , and very, very clean, and had great electronics and furniture. It was beautifully decorated.. Everything worked except one overhead fan and one call to maintenance brought an amazingly quck response and a wonderful man named "Ralph" showed us how to operate it. I have to say that we had a great time! We stayed in A306 and the condo was superb! The views were amazing and the unit could not have been any better stocked.
We have stayed at the Sanctuary for several years and have rented units in both buildings. We have never had a problem as vacationers. The units we rented were always clean and had all the amenities that were advertised. Check-in anywhere can be challenging. That is why we always made it a point to arrive around 4:30. We never waited in a line to check in once. The beach is private and very clean. I would highly recommend the Sanctuary at the False Cape for great family fun.
Excellent check in process, our unit B212 was exceptional except for some carpet stains. Pool hours are ridiculous they close at 8pm.. The beach access and surroundings are very nice. Really there is no interaction with staff unless I suppose you need something. They have an awesome excercise room.
We really enjoyed our week at the beach and staying in your beach house. We loved the view from all directions. The peaceful sound of the waves crashing on the shore is always so relaxing. The toys were perfect for our 2 and 4 year old. I'll remember next time not to bring so many from home. Thank you for sharing your home for many others to enjoy also.
This was by far the best place I have ever booked. The property was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. The unit was awesome. The living room had comfortable furniture with a great TV and sound system. We saved a lot of time and money using the full kitchen. The bathrooms were nice and roomy. I also noticed the walls were well insulated against sound. The beach was great, and right outside the building.
t has been a long time since we have been to the Virginia Beach area. We do a beach vacation every year from Florida to the Delaware beaches. I believe that the week has been one of the most memorable of them all. Your "Infinite Horizon" is most likely the best property that we have had the pleasure to enjoy. Very beautiful - the decor is fantastic. Looking forward to next year!
