Fast, but did not really vacuum or clean any part of the inside of the vehicle. When I bring my BMW in to their dealership for scheduled maintenance they always make sure to vacuum and wipe down surfaces. The staff and facility at Volvo was “top-notch” but I was just a little disappointed with them not going that extra step. It’s the little things that provide that “Value Added” benefit which will win you the return business of customers.
Friendly, down to earth people. I did not feel intimidated walking into the dealership to purchase the car. The car was delivered to our house on the day promised. Detailed introduction to the many features of the car.

At no time did I feel as though I was being pressured in any way to purchase the vehicle in which I had expressed interest. The staff was considerate, helpful, and seemed dedicated to making my experience with Sandberg Volvo completely positive and stress free. I so appreciated that they cut short the paperwork so that we could make the ferry before dark. And then, completed the transaction the next day when they delivered my new car to my home in Sequim! My car had a catastrophic engine failure and I still owed on the car. I went to Sandberg where I had purchased the car and they went out of their way making thing right again. Especially Jim Berus and Natalie Simpson went above and beyond to help during a time when I was stressing out. Now I have a new car and all is well again. There isn't a better dealership in the world than Sandberg Volvo in Lynnwood, WA! 😀
