After reading reviews we were very skeptical. Ended up totally fine all went great!!! They were strick on masks which was totally fine in office. I believe it was the lady owner who got us all dialed in. Went over all paperwork, another girl showed us boat walked around marked any dings and dents. I also took photos after the reviews I was worried. Dropped us off gave us easy instructions. We called to come in early as it was so hot and kids were fried. They came right over to grab us. I typically don’t leave reviews but this place is just the worst. First they, made mi sign a bunch of paperwork and never even explained how to use the equipment, even tough I told them multiple times a had no experience. Then the dude that drops us off never told us where to be picked up and so we got lost and we’re 20 minutes late for which they charged me $100 even though I rented there equipment for the entire day! This place is a joke. Rented a Tritoon last month and had nothing but trouble with them. They video you at the dock with the boat still in the water so they charge you a late fee. Everything about this place was unprofessional from the beginning. Owners wife is incredibly smug and rude. Life jacket situation has to be a safety violation. They just throw a couple roached out ones to you and hope they work. We are on the water every weakened and luckily brought our kids jackets with us. - They load and take you to the dock. This company is a complete scam! They don’t really have any boats They rent boat from others and re-renting it in higher rate! The lady on the phone is sooooo rude and unprofessional Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!
Beautiful boat and day to enjoy some fun on the water but what started out as a great day turned sour quickly. A tube was apparently rented by a passenger (non-driver) on the boat without any direction/limitations given to the driver(s).. Two staff members dropped us off and told us to have fun! Little did we know the tube was unable to go more than 15 mph without causing damage. Seems like a HUGE detail to leave out or not mention when a tube is being rented by a group of 6 adults.
