I love it here. It is THE best value! Perfect little town home. I live in the gas side of the apartments and its quiet with great neighbors. The kids all get along and play in the yards. Waiting list is long but worth it. If you have the patients I recommend waiting till the right one comes along. Some have great back yards others have great views from the front. I wanted to be away from the road and Phoebe was very understanding and let me know whenever an apartment. Opened up. Lived here almost a year now and will be staying for a few more. Perfect place to live if you want to save up for a house or cut back on expenses. Very affordable!

Moved in for all of 3 days and was kicked out because I was accused of trying to move my boyfriend in. He spent the weekend with me helping me move heavy furniture, clean, and help me get my stuff set up. I was told that I was being released from my lease for violating the terms which is not true. I lost my security deposit and rent that i paid to stay through janurary so the property manager could pay someone to "clean the unit." Dont see why he needed to hire a professional to clean because he definitely did not do it when i moved in. The cabinets were filthy and there was sawdust everywhere from repairs and other things done from the previous tenants. The oven and the dishwasher were disgusting. The showersecond and sinks looked like someone had done construction work over them and all debris were left behind. I basically went through and cleaned the whole apartment and was kicked out over nothing. In all i lost a total of 850 dollars dealing with this place and was homeless for a week! I should've stayed and let him send a sherif out for eviction because he did not have a case against me. I was bullied into getting my stuff out of the apartment in one night because he made it seem like I would lose if i was taken to court. The property managers here are very rude and unprofessional. Never attempt to rent from here!

Had Roaches falling on me while I tried to sleep. My sister got kicked out, but they didnt file eviction notice. They only gave her 1 week to find somewhere to go and she has a kid. Called them today myself trying to get a place and the guy (Rich) told me if he see me he gone blow head off.

I so so LOVE my new place been here almost two months it's awesome quiet, excellent manager staff, wonderful neighbors apartment is lovely love my total black appliance package new carpet I love it your home is what you make it and were making ours
