Not sure how it was when the other folks who wrote reviews lived here, but since Charlene has been property manager, this place has been wonderful! She really cares about us and has taken her time to get to know us. Love the location - I actually can see deer right outside my door! It's so quiet, nice neighbors. Some of my neighbors have dogs, but they are well mannered and always picked up after. Definitely recommend living here!
Welcome to Apartments by Elon! The cheapest management firm in the United States charging a premium for living in an outdated, run-down complex with multiple bad choices and zero upkeep. I've lived here for probably 3 years solely because of its location to my son's school and my parent's house (who watch my child while I'm working). This was one of the worst apartments I have ever rented from. It was a cheap which was a bonus but there was never anyone working in the office. It was always closed and when things went wrong no was there to fix it or they wouldn't fix it properly. Also, upon moving out the apartment charged all kinds of erroneous charges and instead of sending notification of the charges to the forwarding address provided to them they sent me to collections instead and charged double the amount they billed me for.
