They’ll put off fixing ANYTHING in their long term rental until they have no choice -the power was out for OVER TWO WEEKS after a storm because they didn’t want to pay an electrician ALL THE FOOD WENT BAD, THEY HAD TO STAY AT ANOTHER LOCATION AND THEY STILL CHARGED THEM almost full rent…they needed to repair the A/C as soon as they moved in took them forever.
