My service person was nice, listened intently, knew his stuff and kept me informed of what was going on. He explained the problem and offered a couple of solutions and let me decide. It is really a comfortable place to wait with the ability to do work while waiting. Thank you!

I recently had my 10,000 mile servicing and was there for about two hours. In that time a much older man would not leave me alone. The person I had my servicing appointment with, Bradyn, came in and saw this and removed me from the situation. He saw that I was very uncomfortable and took me to a separate room where I waited for my car. When my car was ready he brought my car to the far side of the building, where I was, and brought me my paperwork because the creepy man was still there.
