Lack of communication and the advisor hardly said a word to me and never mentioned a promise time. Lack of updates I had to call at 3 to check on my car to find out it’s done and ready.

Bobby Harrison is the best service provider. Always friendly and willing to help! However, the dealership has not been as inviting since covid. Service is also very expensive compared to individual owned shops.
