We moved out of Sand Creek Apartments in October 2021 after properly providing a 30-day notice, which we have documented proof of. Despite this, Sand Creek later claimed we “never gave notice” and attempted to charge us nearly $1,900 in move-out fees. Here’s the real issue: we were never notified of this so-called balance until January 2023, more than a year after move-out. No phone calls. No mailed notice. No emails.
