We love living there and everyone who worked there. Our little community was amazing to live in for 7 years.
Hugo and Benito are great when a work order is requested.
Great attentive friendly staff. The grounds are well kept and clean. Sand Creek is close to everything one might need. However, the raising of the rent every year was Excessive in my view and the reason I left. My rent went up 25% in 5 years with no regard for long time tenants. Just too expensive. Just because the rent can be legally raised every year doesn't mean it should be.
Nothing short of amazing while living at Sand Creek Apartments. Lorena made it so welcoming when living at the apartment and is willing to work with you if any circumstances arises. Super quiet and convenient location. Never had a single problem while living here for 3 years. Staff is also amazing and are always on it when you need something replaced or fixed. I’d definitely live here again if I were to ever comeback.
