We moved out of Sand Creek Apartments in October 2021 after properly providing a 30-day notice, which we have documented proof of. Despite this, Sand Creek later claimed we “never gave notice” and attempted to charge us nearly $1,900 in move-out fees. We love living there and everyone who worked there. Our little community was amazing to live in for 7 years.
