Meet the Business Owner Bettina H. Business Owner Bettina has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2003. She began her hair career in Asheville and then relocated to Charlotte in 2006. She is Vidal Sassoon trained and is certified in various types of keratin treatments, extensions and color lines. I was referred to Bettina by a coworker who overhead my bad experience of a previous salon It was the best thing that ever happened after 15 years in nc I found my salon
This place is awesome! They were able to fit me in at the last minute my first visit and made me feel very welcome at my appt today! Just moved here from VA and so happy to have found a hair salon (we haven't even looked for doctors or a dentist, but I have my hair salon picked out!) Carrie is awesome and very talented!

not happy with my perm since it is not curly at all on top- sure hope they will do something when I go in tomorrow with my concerns AND, since when is a hair cut charge separate from the $90 perm charge?! however the people in the shop were very nice
LOVE this place ❤️ Bettina does a GREAT job! I love the great atmosphere of this place and all the people that work here! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel so welcome, like you've been a client for years! I would recommend this salon and spa to everyone~ for color, cuts, treatments, skin care, ALL that they offer! And it is a salon for all ages!
Leah gave me a wonderful facial today! Her technique was perfect, her voice is soothing, she gives the right amount of education about your skin, and finishes with a relaxing arm, hand and scalp massage. I wasn't even done with my appointment today and was planning my next visit!
