I found this salon with a Groupon but had already heard great things about it. When I called to get an appointment, they got me in that same day. My appointment was with Jacquelyn, she took her time to ask questions and explain what she was going to do before she started. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I love my color and my cut! Thank you!!
I look forward to every appointment at Sanctuary. Not only is Bettina an insanely talented artist of hair, all of the people there make it feel like home. The energy is radiant!
My husband bought me a gift certificate for a massage, for my birthday, and this was my first visit here. From the moment I walked in I knew that it would be a great experience. The decor is very modern and the staff were all very nice. Bonnie was my massage therapist. She was professional, but friendly at the same time. Bonnie was so friendly that I ended up spending the entire hour talking to her! I will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend Sanctuary Salon and Spa!
Jackie is the kind of stylist I've been looking for all my life. She is knowledgeable, patient, and willing to listen to what I wanted. My hair looks amazing. And Miss Bonnie, the massage therapist, made relaxing easy. I highly recommend the salon.
Great Salon, great products. Tiffany did an incredible job with my cut and color, she really listened to what I wanted and delivered. I brought my 6 year old back the next day for a haircut, she was wonderful with her.
LOVE this Lake Norman salon!! Bettina is so talented with color & cutting and her staff is amazing - such a beautiful salon to get your best style done! GO.... you will thank me!
They are awesome! I have gone there for a couple years and love Bettina and the girls. There is no better value (or more fun to be had) at any other salon in the Lake Norman area.
