I have lived in this apartment complex since early 2016 and the Managing Team is getting worse every time it is changed. You would expect that they change for the better. Be careful with your money. Last year at renewal they noticed they lost my contract and sent a 3-day evacuation notice or pay $1,900 late payment fees, yes that is insane. During the RESURFACING two months ago, they kept changing the scheduled dates due to the weather, they were supposed to inform the NEW date for us to move vehicles or will be towed at $50... read more

He vivido aquí desde hace 1 año y acabo de renovar por 1 año más! Me encanta este lugar, tengo todo cerca: los colegios de mis hijas, el trabajo, restaurantes, supermercados, bancos, y muchos más! Amo este lugar. Algunas personas pueden tener malas experiencias muy particulares y eso no significa que sea el sentir común de toda la comunidad. Mi experiencia aquí ha sido muy satisfactoria!. Falta de manteniendo en las áreas sociales estoy cansado de reportar las fallas como la nevera, el grill las cucarachas que salen al usar el BBQ , las luces 💡 de los grill solo toman nota y no se resuelve pasillos sucios entre otras cosas de verdad no recomiendo este lugar. el staff personas agradables siempre dispuestas a colaborar solo a ellos les doy 5 de resto el complex tiene 0
Vivo 2 años aquí y nos gusta...lamento que algunas personas sean tan poco tolerantes y se quejen de todo...los servicios son correctos...limpieza correcta ..el área es muy agradable y en mi particular siempre he recibido buen trato del staff..yo lo recomiendo... salvo un incidente que tuve con la bicicleta de mi hija que fue robada de la escalera que está debajo de mi casa...Y no hay manera de dar con el culpable
Llegamos a esta propiedad desde que comenzó su primera fase en el 2013, con miedo de no saber si nos gustaría, si era seguro, entre otras cosas. A penas éramos 5 Familias en un edificio. No tengo la menor duda fue la mejor elección que pudimos hacer online desde PR gracias a la gran ayuda de la Señorita Yanir Díaz, quien para ese entonces trabajaba como leasing y su trabajo fue impecable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo para la comodidad de nosotros.
