Update: Poor communicator that has kept me in the dark on more than one ocassion since my initial review! Attorney Sanchez stuck with my estate case from start to finish. She listened to my side of the issues, thoroughly reviewed my documents, and proceeded to contact all parties that were attempting to rip me off to include my younger sister (who works for the court), a crooked real estate agent who was trying to pre-evict me, and the real estate title company that was not following applicable Florida laws.
