I gave Marcos a great review when I got my roof. Then I had several problems with the roof. He blamed the problem on us, saying that we did not clean the gutters and the water was backing up into the roof. The water was running down the side of my house and on the windows. It would also do this on sunny days after a snow fall. What water was backing up? It was not a gutter problem!! It was a roof issue that I had to get another roofer come to my home to look at. Sanchez Bros Custom Exterior Inc. did an outstanding job replacing my roof, installing vents and replacing gutters on my detached garage. My roof was leaking when it rained and Marcos Sanchez replaced the roof within a week of my initial call and estimate. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up a debris. Communication was excellent and I was keeper informed every step of the way. Every phone call was answered or returned promptly. I would recommend Sanchez Bros for anyone needing a roof replacement or new gutters.
Sánchez Bro’s. Custom Exteriors did a great job installing a new roof and gutters on my house. The crews were professional and efficient and they provided excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or gutters. Marcos Sánchez did all the leg work getting the permit, working with my insurance company and making sure I got the class 4 high impact shingles installed for my house.
