Honestly, and great customer service
Worst customer service. I had to drive back after being misled. They said they rotated my tires and didn’t, costing me an extra trip 50 minutes one way. Worst customer service since the day I bought my vehicle. When I bring up concerns there is not any person that works there that meaningfully tries to make it better the next time. I won’t be going back.
I spoke with Mike and he was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire time. Even though he sounded busy, he still took the time to talk with me, and I truly appreciate that. Thank you Mike, for being so kind and attentive!
Service department was told 3 times there was an issue with the transmission while the car was under warranty. 400 miles outside the warranty they admitted the transmission was blown and needed to be replaced. Wouldn't honor the warranty. Was 0 help with the entire thing. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
