Absolutely terrible customer service from the service manager Mike. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and had three cars from Sanborn, recommended my sister and family to get service and buy a car there but will never go back again and will tell everyone to stay away. My car had to be detailed twice and still came back not clean at all. I feel like crumbs left In the seat and a dirty back window is not a great detail.
