After initially having a less then great experience with the folks over at Sanborn Chevy, Paul & San where determined to make it right & they did. I am pleased with their effort to make amends & we were able to make a deal on the vehicle I was looking for. Overall very pleased with the service & courtesy of these two gentleman.
My car broke down in a month after buying. I bought it to transport my paraplegic daughter, I bought it straight out but couldn't purchase an extended warranty in fear of not being able to make the payments. The little warranty that was on it was just up. Your service department stepped up and helped me fix the car. You helped me save my job and support my daughter. Jason Durbin was very helpful and did not pressure us. He took his time to explain all the features on the truck before we decided to make the purchase. Jason's friendly and low key approach was very comforting and helped put us at ease during the entire purchasing process.
Great service and friendly staff. I usually take my vehicle to Mataga in Stockton and will no longer be doing that. Sanborn exceeded my expectations and they're conveniently located just around the corner from my office!
Angelo is the best sales person you guy can have we had been looking for trucks for over a month and on sunday we went to the dealership and Angelo received us the day we went a truck we were looking was not ready so two days after he let us know it was ready and we were on our way to another dealership to purchases a truck but his honestly made us decided to purchase the truck with him and we ended up buying a higher trim level truck then the one we saw first. he explains everything really good .
