November 2021 orded a vet gave my deposit, they said about a year or so ...no worries.. after six or so months I was checking in , was 15 in line then 14 then 12 ..then I got stage four kidney cancer, did not check in anymore... After I asked for information about the car, I received an email that simply said, "The car is not available". No other information was given. So you see, I cannot in good conscience recommend a business that has given me no positive reason to contact it a second time.

Unethical. I will never purchase a vehicle from this Chevy dealership again. I will go out of my way to tell people to stay away from Sanborn. They lie constantly. I should have learned my lesson when they lied about doing an oil change on a used truck purchase the first time. Second time around finance lied about adding LoJack. I repeatedly asked if that was an extra charge. Worst Chevrolet dealer in area.
Communication is key and Sanborn Chevrolet delivered. During this pandemic with cars in high demand, I was so excited to finally find the car of my dreams available at Sanborn.
