In my 10 years of living here I have never felt MORE safer as a resident. I used to fear going out on a walk at night. With the new management that fear is long gone. If I have to give one complaint, it's the fact that the new manager hasn't been here sooner. 10/10 experience.
Thank you Eduardo and new management for making the changes you are making. They are drastic changes but were needed. Work orders are completed faster than before, They change the roof, they changing the parking system and they are getting rid of trouble makers. Thank you management for finally caring for the residents. I lived here for almost 9 years and you can clearly see the change.
Mr. Eddie Garcia was so amazing and kept everything real and professional. He makes sure everything is safe and in place, making changes that are needed for good. Overall, the way things are ran here by this manager is destined for success and security. Amazing place and amazing manager!
I took a tour of the property a few days ago. I want to take a moment to thank Mr. Eddie Garcia who was very professional while being friendly. He made the tour interesting and fun. I can tell he enjoys his role and knows the property well. I like the property since the location is centralized. The apartment is clean and the patio is spacious with plenty of parking spaces. I’m a resident of San Tropez for more than 10 years and I can honestly tell that this new manager Eduardo has made a drastic change in such a short time. A lot of managers have pass the property and you can see the change. I had work orders that were past from a few months and him after taking over the property he fixed things in my apartment, he fixed the gate and elevator and visitors parking has been clear than ever before.
