I took a tour of the property a few days ago. I want to take a moment to thank Mr. Eddie Garcia who was very professional while being friendly. He made the tour interesting and fun. I can tell he enjoys his role and knows the property well. I like the property since the location is centralized. The apartment is clean and the patio is spacious with plenty of parking spaces. I’m a resident of San Tropez for more than 10 years and I can honestly tell that this new manager Eduardo has made a drastic change in such a short time. A lot of managers have pass the property and you can see the change. I had work orders that were past from a few months and him after taking over the property he fixed things in my apartment, he fixed the gate and elevator and visitors parking has been clear than ever before. I wanted to thank Eduardo Garcia for taking the time to show me around the San Tropez apartment complex and answering all my questions regarding the property. I truly appreciate his professionalism, help, and answers regarding the complex, amenities, and location. The apartments and the pool area were nice, clean, and in a good location with many shops and restaurants nearby. It was a good experience overall.
Came to tour this property today and the manager Eduardo was very nice and answer all my questions. He was very kind and showed interested in my new home search.
