San Terra Properties does not return phone calls and is incredibly difficult to get a hold of. Specifically, I could not get a straight answer from Theo about the status of an application and then was denied rental for an illegal reason.
RecommendedSan Terra found a great family to rent our home. Kim was great to work with and using DocuSign made the process easy. We were also happy they exceeded the amount we hoped to get for rent. We will use them again for any future rentals. Thank you, San Terra properties
