Beware of this Dealership!!! They tricked me into buying a vehicle that they knew I couldnt afford. My grandmother had just died and all of my cousins were placed into foster care. I became their foster parent. In a moment of mental instability I went there to try and get a larger vehicle for the 5 children and they ended up having me get a $40,000 suv. Absolutely the worse dealer you could work with. Cameron was absolutely rude off the jump when I met him and I promise to never step foot into this dealership again as long as Cameron is the manager. Worse customer service you could ever ask for and does not know how to treat people with respect. I went in the hope of buying a raptor and mustang the same day. Never again and would not recommend this dealer to anyone!

I was led astray by a very nice young man who told me they would offer 3,000 above trade in on both my v vehicles. Called it trade in assist? That was comical when I went back the next day He was not there and the young lady who helped me seemed very kind, as well. Unfortunately, they did not honor those told me only for one and then offered me way below book on both cars so it would actually be more. This dealership engages in shady bait and switch tactics. They advertised the price of a vehicle at one price but when the paperwork was presented to me, they added over $2,000 to the price of the vehicle. What they do is a clear violation of the AZ consumer protection laws, which state: Consumer fraud, as defined by Arizona law, is any deception, unfair act or practice, false statement, false pretense, false promise or misrepresentation made by a seller or advertiser of merchandise. 100k Mile service. Original quote was never provided- day of service- after inspection, quote was $982, which I anticipated around $1000 for the amount of work needed at this mileage. Upon seeing new quote, just under $1200, when i arrive to pick up, it’s now $1,549 ... stay away. They mislead and lie. I will NEVER recommend or return for service

I thought of using san tan ford for first time as it’s close to my house. I went their for my Mustang’s service. My only mistake was I asked them to adjust my headlight as well as it seemed to be a little off. Got my car back after few hours. I didn’t realize for few days that the left headlight is not working anymore. As soon as I realized it, I took it back. Bait and switch on multiple vehicles written off as an error of online advertising. I have been watching these vehicles for several days now with no change in accuracy of pricing. Let’s see how long they remain before something is done to correct them. Stock#****** current info for the last 5 days listed below. Go and see the vehicle and it was said to be 70k with all the add ons! There are at least 2 other XLT models priced this way. I purchased my used 2018 Navigator from them sight unseen under the impression they were upfront and honest about the vehicle. I am in Minnesota and spent many times on the phone talking about the Navigator in great detail. I expected some scratches and a ding or two on the vehicle that the sales team were not upfront about. Listed and online price as 10,822 and I came in knowing the price, doc fees, title&tax wtc...ran my credit and then let me know of the “extras” that they added and added 3k to my total. Said this is a practice that is done all over the valley. Couple of things were inspected. My credit and the 3hrs of time I spent. Sales man was not rude but this is not a professional tactic.
