This place is literally the worst place to live. The complex is kept dirty there is glass all over the parking lot. The office workers claim they don’t get paid enough as if that’s the paying tenants problem and corporate is a joke I’ve had a broken stove in my complex since thanksgiving of 2017 they come a fix a part on it literally every week and won’t replace it. Maintenance literally handed me some random screws to try to fix this myself because they won’t order new parts.
It has been over 2 months since i first reported my AC not working.. i been going to the office multiple times to get a "work order" with so many different managment and all i get is the run around. Its been looked at by 3 maintance workers that it needed to be replaced through the inside of my apartment due to rust and it not blowing any cool air and very little air at all. Living in san remo was the worst experience I never had. Everything that the office crew said is inconsistent, unprofessional and incompetent , Plus roaches everywhere, don't move in to this complex is a complete nightmare
My niece lives there... And she absolutely loves it... I visit her and her apartmet complex is always clean... She has no roach problem... I always recommend people there... Staff is good and always on top of everything,
A week ago, my family and I moved into San Remo apartments in Glendale, AZ. We were excited to start this new adventure, coming from Yuma, AZ, because we were ready to take our growing family out of our home town in order to explore life on our own. I loved all the staff here at San Remo apartments . Everyone was beyond friendly and very helpful.
