They are friendly and courteous. However, it is my opinion that they are not very knowledgeable when it comes to the function of optometry and recommending frame(s). They WILL always work to up-sell on additional products. In addition, I brought my sunglasses in for a manufacturer’s defect, as well as my everyday glasses for a minor adjustment and was told that I needed to sign a waiver that they wouldn’t replace my glasses should they break them in the process of adjusting. RecommendedDr. Wong has been wonderful to work with! The office is very nice and the staff are super helpful and kind. I have to say I have been going to San Ramon Family Optometry for over 22 years and the last year has been the worst I can ever say. My youngest daughter who is 17 years old has special needs and we have been getting her glasses there for the last 12 years. I have had the worst service in regards to getting her glasses fixed and warrantied and was told it was her fault. All I can say is wow! Lost me, my husband and both my daughters as a customer. Sad to say after 22 years
Dr. Victoria Chiu and David were incredibly kind, compassionate and proficient in supporting my daughter, who has special needs, through her exam and selection of her glasses!
Amazing and wonderful! Dr. Wong was wonderful to my kiddo and David did an amazing job getting her fitted for her first pair of glasses! Bringing the rest of the family in shortly! :) Thank you!
