Do yourself a favor and find another place to call home. By far the worst experience I have ever had renting. Have so many complaints but today tops them all. The apt upstairs from us has a water leak they provide little to no help, the manager basically tells my pregnant wife that they are going to spray some kind of chemicals to treat the toilet water that ran down the walls soaked our mattress, box spring and entire carpet. Then tells her that it is no problem that the chemicals are safe, but won't put it in writing. So ... read more
