I lived here for 2 years without any problems. Once they hired new management Victor made it feel like a prison. If i had company over i got fined for having un-authorized residents. I didnt know as an adult i needed managements permission to have guest over. Also mister Victor would take pictures of my patio and give me a fine if my daughter's bike or scooter was visable. Went to fill out an application. Was informed that my holding fee will be refundable within 72 hours Contacted 1 day later and no answer and even left voicemails. I finally got a hold of them on the 2nd day and was told I was denied and would not receive my holding fee. But on the paperwork it states that I would be refunded. So pretty much I was screwed over and they kept my money..... ..
I loved the front office staff untill they changed management. Sara has always been the best even up till i left.
Bad place to live. The people in the office are liers and rude. Completely desapointed after two years living there.
San Miguel is a great place to live. The office staff is very friendly and always helpful! Lots of families around. Never had any issues in the 3 years I have lived here.
