Since it’s so hard to get someone on the phone I decided to take to all forms of contact- I am a tenant at your apartments and my air conditioning has been out since 7/3. It was repaired for a couple of hours on 7/9 and broke again. Maintenance came back 7/10 and did nothing. How do you expect people to live without AC?? When is it time to hire a professional AC specialist? It’s the hottest weekend of the summer and my AC is still broken. This should have been fixed within 24 hours of my first notice. Poor excuse for apartment management.
Their maintenance sucks they patch things instead of fixing them or even REPLACE them! Fridge is out AGAIN dishwasher STILL not working and it’s been months!! They have screaming kids at 6-7 am! And run in the street!
RecommendedI applied for the apartments and paid my holding fee. Was honestly so excited to move in! But was then told I got denied for criminal background. I was honestly shocked cause it was just a misdemeanor and that’s the only thing I have on my record. But Sara was so nice and tried to help me. I never got the chance to get me and my child a home, but the service was great. I just don’t recommend applying if you have a misdemeanor I guess
HATE IT HERE AND DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL !! I had my sister stay with me because she was having issues with her husband for MAYBE 8-9 days and it was her and her dog , they fined me $630 on top of my rent ! And complain about “too much traffic coming in and out” , first of all I have 5 brothers and 2 sisters , 2 parents , a bf , 2 kids and a brother in law which come over all the time to spend time with us and clear I can’t do that . I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and I can't complain about much. I have had my normal issues with living in an apt, but it always gets taken care of. The office staff are friendly and always are there to answer any questions. I love those three girls and wouldn't be able to thank them enough for all they do. The maintenance men are awesome too... I love where I live
I gave them one star because zero stars was not an option. It's not worth the cheaper rent. Looks nice on the outside but it's so run down and broken and gross on the inside. These guys are great at covering up and not actually fixing anything. Also they like to blame you.
