Went for normal dental cleaning! Hygienist was not professional! My tongue was touched by electric cleaning tool. Water dripped all over my face , inspight of my request for bing careful!. Then she took forever to clean my teeth! ( didn't use water sucking machine & electric tool. Manually cleaned my teeth! The dentist Dr Wu is wonderful & professional! Please train your employees better! Thanks!

Very satisfied with the treatment I received. Had visit with Dr. Wu regarding a situation and was resolved very well. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Wu is very nice, did an excellent job! I have a beautiful smile thanks to him. Every time I need an adjustment he takes me and never ever charged for a visit. His staff is very nice and helpful too
The one perform the cleaning of my tooth, Sarah, is very patient and good in doing her job.
The whole process went smooth overall. Dr. Wu and other practitioners are very friendly and effective. We have been with Dr Wu for many years and will certainly continue this relationship. If we have to provide some constructive feedback, I guess that would be a concern for not allowing parent's accompany with minor while receiving services. It is a routine that we ask parents to stay away from the operating room, as this will typically allow both younger patients and our providers to pay more attention to the procedures. It was a wonderful check up visit. Dr. Wu speaks mandarin and most of his staff speak Cantonese and Mandarin in addition to English.
