I think Dr. Wu and his staff are excellent. However that's more than I can say about patientconnect365.com. I wish the upper management would like to have a honest conversation with me about their website So upper management let's talk. Les Corzberg a big support of Wu Dental!
I chanced upon Dr. Wu staff last year. The do great work, they are very nice people and they all do a fantastic job in dentistry, service, billing and kindness. Nothing they do could be better!

Sarah is awesome. I am a little biased because she is my sister, but she still my favorite.
I think patient connect 365 on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being low and 10 being high is a 4. I think this because there is no way that a patient can call or give feedback about patient connect 365. In addition I submitted a request for an appointment and didn't receive my appointment information from patient connect 365. I did receive an email from patient connect 365 that said that I would receive an email once I get an appointment confirmation. Third there is nothing on the website that allows me to cancel my appointment. ... read more
