I have been a resident here for 2 years. I had no complaint with the unit for 2 years. And yet, I have to give this a 1 star because of the terrible ordeal I had to endure/still enduring during and post move out. We had left the house in good condition and are still heavily penalized for it. There is a complete lack of communication from their management and there was radio silence and no one of authority at the desk on the day of our move out and no response to our queries via mail too. There are ups and downs when it comes to management however the Leasing Consultant named Dez is amazing at her job!! She goes above and beyond to help her clients when she needs it and I can always appreciate her for her help.
What is happending with the management team? For close to 7 MONTHS, I reached out them by so many phone calls, emails, and on site visit to terminate my lease but this is still not sorted out. This is driving me crazy because I gave the propety manager, Angel, another notice a month ago, I even signed the ‘lease termination contract’ but for 5 MONTHS my lease contract is still on the system. Pros: beautiful trees, large private balcony. Nice gym. I like the pool and hot tub. Cons: I'm starting to feel depressed with no sense of community. They need more functions. My old apt had taco nights, brunch with mimosas. I miss that. I've lived in many apartments and this is the first one where I really don't know the staff. I'm usually (extroverted social worker) very close with staff. I would know them by name and they would pet my dog and give him treats. I hope they start fun functions up soon for a morale boost
