Short version: Maintenance is terrible, groundskeeping is terrible, dog poop is everywhere, and the leasing office no longer handles packages shipped in via USPS, so you have to go get them at the post office. Long version: These apartments are 20+ years old, and things have definitely started to wear out, not function, etc. We have had 10+ maintenance work orders since we have lived here, and most of them require several visits in order to be resolved.
