The roof got fixed exactly a year ago. They did such a great job of replenishing the roof last year that every time we get rain, I have my own personal waterfall in my living room coming from my heater. The heater doesn’t work anymore btw so why not turn it into a personal waterfall? It’s perfect since management won’t come fix it after 3 bone-chilling weeks. This building has been sold to a couple of companies since I've lived there for the last 5 years or so, and the last is by far the worst. World Unity International Management Company currently owns this building. When you call for maintenance, they answer the phone like you are bugging them. They transfer you to someone who is equally as rude and non-cooperative. They say they're going to call you back and I've literally waited over a month for them to fix my shower head that has split and needed to be replaced more than thr... read more
