Resident for going on 3 years—very nice grounds, responsive and kind property manager, access to EV chargers on site, a pool, shared laundry room (although we have laundry in unit), very quiet, easygoing residents!
Poor management, no communication. Laundry room constantly down, multiple water shutoffs with zero notice, and not a single apology or rent adjustment. Paying full price for half the service. Residents deserve better.
