Matt is the best landlord to have. I've rented from this agency for 6 years and i have NEVER had a problem with them. If something needs maintenance they handle it right away. They send out notices if they are ever going to need to come in your place. They do routine maintenance and are just plain great.
Do you only rent to Cal Poly students? We're a professional couple looking for a reasonably priced rental in Sept/Oct
