RecommendedLove the care and attention that Dr. Manuel Arrevalo at the Natomas location attends his patients with. Always open to any questions I as a parent have regarding my child. The only part I would say needs a little of improvement is the front desk staff, they take for every to pick-up or return calls.
I have been disapponited time and time again by the Natomas. The office staff is rude and dismissive, and loves to place the blame on you as a patient/parent, rather than take responsibility about dropping the ball themselves. 3 business days to fill out a form? Sure, when your office staff is so busy gossiping that they can't even look up to greet you at the door, it makes sense. As soon as I get the paperwork I need. I willl NEVR be returning to this place.

My daughter 2 year old and she was born with down sendrum, I usually visit San Lucas pediatric office in Elk grove. The nurses and the front disk management and their customer care is wonderful, especially Anabela at the front disk I love her attitude, way of talking and returning my calls back. That tells me that she cares for customers ( patient) therefore thank you Anabel!!!!
