This is the second time that I have went to this place and I have experienced the same treatment. I am in a male African American. I do not speak Spanish. Took me every bit of a half hour or more to get waited on as everyone walked in front of me as the counter Personnel waited on them ignoring my presence. Their number system was not operational.
