Using the power of social media - I am disgusted by the recent encounter I have had with Dr. Piplani and her medical assistant. It is amazing to me how people who are in the business of caring for others can be so careless and insensitive. Their lack of customer service, follow up and attitude have been none that I have experienced before with any other doctor or staff. Not only will I never see this doctor again, I am switching medical groups.
