It was my first time there. I must say that they were awesome! Awesome work and awesome customer service, which I find, is hard to find now a days. The work They do is beautiful and as someone with really bad ocd, you would never be able to tell there was a dent in my car. I hopefully won't need to take my car to a place like this again, but if I do it will definitely be here. They explained everything to me and answered the questions I had and didn't treat me like I was bothering them.
San Jose Collision did a wonderful job on prepping and installing a spray in bedliner in my truck. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite and took care of everything at an expert level. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any body work or paint that you need for your vehicle.
I used San Jose Collision recently and I can honestly say I was never treated like "just a customer". I had surgery and was not able to drive from the Westside to San Jose to pick up my car. Since I got my rental through them they were able to bring my car to my home and drove the rental back. I would Strongly Recommend them!!!!!!

Not a very pleasant experience they quoted me I paid them and when I received my truck it was no where near repaired. They avoid my calls I had to drive to them. Now they want another 700 to fix the front end on items they forgot to do. Please do not waste your money here.
What can I say, my bother knows what he's doing. What more can you ask for but the best doing it right the first time, everytime?
