Thank you all for making my car look so amazing!
Got hit in a parking lot and bumper was sagging... had a trip scheduled for that day! Pulled in this place mad as heck! They could not fix the spoiler on the spot but they did take it off for me so I could make my trip! The guy was so helpful and funny ( he says you got a one of a kind ride now lol )... he made a bad day seem not so bad! Only shop I will ever use again! PS... did not charge me for pulling it off... just said I hope you will come back and let us fix this when back in town!!!!
This is THE best collision center in Jax by far! Owner Suzanne was incredibly accommodating and very pleasant to work with! After meeting the body guy Terry Chastain, I was very impressed with his knowledge and definitely performs exceptional work. I'm very maticulous of my vehicles. No questions asked. They have helped me multiple times on what I need to do for my vehicle. They have always been honest, extremely kind and careful about what should be done giving me multiple estimates of what I can choose to do for any repair I've had. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in need of car repairs.
Recently got in a car accident, (not my fault) and chose to take my car here as my fiancé's company works with San Jose collision on occasion. After the headache of dealing with insurance companies, Suzanne was delightful and quick in getting my car repaired. Turnaround was quick, I requested and received almost all OEM parts, and the car looks brand new. I am super happy to not only receive my car back, but to have it looking even better than before. Thanks again guys for the hard work; awesome job!
