Very good service, friendly staff. As a previous reviewer said, "Hopefully you never need these guys," but unfortunately I did. My experience though, was very good. I don't normally set up an account to write a review, but the service was well worth getting out their good name. Suzanne and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Body Shop Hopefully you will never need these guys - I didn't until someone rear-ended my car while I was stopped at a light. Damage was about $2000. Her insurance recommended this shop and it was close-by. They did a great job and were very polite and professional.
RecommendedAs I stood in the lobby waiting to leave my vehicle, I only heard good comments from people picking up theirs. I was already a little nervous as my husband had just passed a couple of weeks before my bumper bender and I wasn't sure what to expect. My neighbor, who has used them a couple of times, assured me I would be happy. Boy was he right! They did a great job and the whole vehicle looked better than when I left it. Just picked up my vehicle from San Jose Collision today and they did a great job! Super friendly staff and they had a cute English Bulldog puppy named Scooter that was the sweetest little thing! I'll definitely be back if I need anything else fixed!

Amazing service from front door to front desk to back of door! Honest price. Delivered a day early. They treat staff and clients with respect. Rare! And I enjoyed Scooter-Cooper!
