I had the best experience buying my jeep here. The staff was very attentive and they answered all of my questions. They gave me a good financing advice and were really helpful. Overall my experience buying a car here was really good! Will definitely come back to buy another in the future.

we got a 09 c300 from these people, Brian Covington and Tony Danesh helped us a lot. They spoke very nicely, much better than Toyota showroom near the jail. The process went kind of slow because they were busy on Sunday evening with 3 sales at the same time. This review is after 2 days of purchase. might update if I run into any trouble. regarding other -ve rating, Tony mentioned they changed the staff.

This used Car dealership is great to do business with they are with you all the time ,unlike the others they stay behind the products which they sale , the owner act like you inter a high class new car dealer , he will go all the way to make sure you are another happy customer, I bought a 03 BMW and I'm happy with this car and any time I called with a question they ware ready for me to help.i will recommend to all my friends and family this used car dealership .

great customer service. i left yesterday with a beautiful 2006 Acura TL and even with a repo on my credit report, Jorge still managed to make it happen. now i'm able to fix my credit and have a reliable car. after i left the lot, i drove to a friends house in hollister and the car ran great. my boyfriend took a look under the hood and said "you did good this time. i don't see anything wrong with it" haha he was pretty upset with me last time i brought home a car from another place, which ended up being the worst car i've eve... read more

san jose auto outlet the best in customer service we have ever experienced! From the time my 18 year old daughter called joe Rad till we got to their lot and test drove several cars, until closing..Joe and his team did a great job!
