It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
