Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Dr. San Jorge is THE best pediatrician. She is attentive, a good listener, gentle with my little boy. She has known us since he was 6 lbs and now he is 2 1/2 years old. She is one of a kind. Takes her time with each visit- NEVER rushes us, answers all my questions as a first time mom. She calls me back personally when he is sick, she administers all vaccines- not a nurse. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here.
