By not keeping an elderly , very sick and injured woman in the emergency department for 4 days after telling her they were admitting her and moving her upstairs where she would get an actual bed, window and perhaps a nurse without a bad attitude, some food and water and possibly pain management. This would greatly improve the hospital. Parking for visitors and more security outside.
