As a student nurse I learned so much. The nurses who shadowed me were dedicated, smart, and open. The residents and doctors knowing I’m a student nurse were quick to show me things that I haven’t seen. Even respiratory therapy. Best clinical experience I have and the dedication to the many trauma patients there top notch. Blessed to be at a hospital willing to teach the future medical professionals.
I had to visit the hospital ER this afternoon. Despite my reluctance during Covid, it was a positive experience. Starting with those who were admitting entrance and providing initial health screening, to the NP's, admin's and Dr."s and last but not least, the X-Ray Tech. All were very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. In short, a very expedient and professional group. Thank you to the staff at San Joaquin General Hospital!
The Doctor's and Nursing staff did an excellent job it is the Administration and Social Workers who failed us. They sent my son who had been in the ICU to a homeless Shelter. They refused to work with his Social Worker who stated his insurance would pay for a nursing home. Their action caused him to be rehospitalized and sent to Saint Joseph's ICU!
I cannot thank the staff at San Joaquin General Hospital enough for their help in healing. I’ll forever be grateful for their compassionate care during one of the most difficult experiences of my life. Thank you!
I use to work here and had a procedure done as well. No complaints at all.
