I received an expensive bracelet watch as a gift but it was too large. Was beyond the point of returning it by the time I received the gift. The original jewelry store referred us to look for a jeweler in the mall. The second jeweler told us to go to San Isidro. They were able to remove the fine links carefully and able to size it to my very small wrist! And price was very affordable. Excellent customer service
I’ve been here several times to have rope necklaces fixed. Just went on Monday and on Sunday the same one broke. They refused to fix it without charging me again because the “break” happened in a new spot. Why not fix them all the first time bringing them?? This would be the 3rd time I’ve had the same necklace saudered. And I’ve had a different one saudered twice. This place does bad business do not go here.
Many options at this mall. Was passing by town with 2 brand new high end watches. Stumbled upon entering and liked the pricing. Nice people. Good quality
